Mr. Das is the Chief Operating Officer of Ascensive Group of Companies and a Whole-time Director of Ascensive Edu Skill Foundation. As the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Das has overall strategic planning and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the Company’s offerings. Mr. Das oversees the key functions of project delivery, business development, coordination with several Ministries, quality monitoring, capacity utilization, ongoing operational excellence, and overall growth of the financial health of the company. He has over 25 years of vast experience in project management, strategic planning, and organisational and human resource management across varied industries. Prior to joining Ascensive, Mr. Das was Vice President with Orion Edutech, a Kolkata-based education and skill development company. Previous to Orion, Mr. Das also worked at ICA and NIIT.
