Training of Trainers(ToT) Program is integral part of our Quality Training and Placement Model. The importance of this program is that it ensures that all our Trainers are constantly being updated as per the lastest curriculum and Industry trends. TOT program build a pool of talented Trainers who in turn will deliver Quality Training and ensures placement of our pan India bacthes.
TOT Program does the Training Need Analysis and ensures constinuous process of acquiring knowledge, skills, and attitude that are needed to fill the identified gaps while training and handling students.This approach mentors the Trainers and prepares them as per Industry standard benchmarks.Apart from domain training, Student Management Skills(SMS) is being taught to handle young adults in an innovative manner and make learning a lifelong memorable experience.
The TOT Assessment process also judges the Trainers ability and capability prior to being introduced in respective batches in centres through platform and domain skills.TOT process is an integral part of Quality Training and Placement Model.
